Wild Striped Bass which is also known as "Rockfish" Is a heavily regulated fish. Each one is tagged and recorded with the majority of our supply coming out of the Chesapeake Bay area. Similar to Black Sea Bass, it is a mild and flaky white fish, yet the texture is much more firm which allows it to be utilized in soups and stews more easily.
